High Pro Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping (Thailand)

High Pro is proud to offer fast, reliable shipping to all regions across Thailand. Once your order is confirmed, we aim to process and ship it within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Estimated Delivery Times:

Bangkok & Central Region: 1–3 business days

Northern, Northeastern & Southern Regions: 2–5 business days

Remote or Island Areas: 3–7 business days

Deliveries are handled by reputable Thai logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Shipping Fees

Standard Shipping: Flat rate of 50 THB nationwide

Free Shipping: On all orders over 2000 THB

Bulk/Wholesale Orders: May incur additional shipping costs based on volume and weight. We will contact you to confirm details before dispatch.

International Orders

Order Issues & Delivery Delays

 We strive for on-time delivery, but occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed beyond the estimated window, please reach out to our support team for assistance.

Damaged or Lost Items

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate the issue and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate, in compliance with Thai Consumer Protection laws.
